Terms and Conditions
Purchases and Online Security
You can purchase the items securely by credit or debit card on our website. For your protection, we do not store any financial details (credit card or debit card) on our servers. Alternatively, you can also pay by using Paypal. VAT is included in the price and delivery is an additional charge. Please ensure that all the details you supply are correct. This includes card details, delivery addresses and contact details. These details are protected on our server by Thwate SSL. We cannot accept responsibility for transactions that are not completed due to incorrect customer information.
Note: The dimensions of the cotton and PVC UFK bags are as listed in their product descriptions. If choose to build your own kit we will do our best to pack it for you. However, depending on the size of your orders, some items will be packaged separately.
Delivery
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days from date of purchase. Our standard delivery charge is £4.50. If your shipping address is UK Mainland, your order will be sent by next day courier service. If the UK shipping address is not UK Mainland, your order will be sent Royal Mail, 1st class recorded. For shipments outside of the UK, your order will be sent by Royal Mail and costs will vary according to weight which will be calculated at the checkout.
If you have not received your order when expected, please email us at customersupport@ultimatefestivalkit.com and we will investigate urgently on your behalf and resolve as appropriate. If you would like to use an alternative menthod of delivery, please contact us and we will try our best to accomodate.
Substitutions
Whenever possible, items will be as shown on the website. At times a substitution may be necessary due to supply issues, but the replacement item will be of a similar description and value.
Returns/Cancellations
If you are unhappy with any item supplied by the Ultimate Festival Kit please email us at customersupport@ultimatefestivalkit.com within 7 days and we will endeavour to make it right, either with a refund or by supplying a replacement item. If a refund is due, you will receive payment no later than 14 days after the initial issue was raised.
If you wish to return your items for any other reason, please contact us within 14 days at customersupport@ultimatefestivalkit.com to make arrangements. If the items are received in the same condition as when they were dispatched you will be refunded for the cost of the goods only.

We are receptive to feedback as it helps us to improve our product and our service. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding any of our products or service please contact us at feedback@ultimatefestivalkit.com.
Data Protection
When you purchase from our website, your name, address and phone number are the only pieces of information we store on our servers and are protected by Thwate SSL. We will not pass your details to a third party for marketing or any other purposes. Your privacy is important to us. We may contact you occasionally regarding special offers but if you would prefer not to receive these emails please let us know and you will be removed from the list.
